In my setup I use SoS on a N/Rt and Reclaim Essence on Rt/N.

My 3rd hero is pure restoration N/Rt.

SoS is better. No energy issues because heroes use Spirit Siphon very well. Besides, SP is low if you want to invest in both Channeling/Restoration.

My pug today kept failing Hell's Precipice in HM so I took 1 hero (the Channeling/Restoration rit from Spiritway) with me. Result: We completed it with bonus and zero death. One guy kept asking me to send him my Xandra's build and she wasn't even runed right.

I see...I have problems with the SoS hero, casting the spirits away from the casters. Not really helpful lol. I guess I have to flag and cast. Just one con, other from that its an amazing build.

Yes that is a problem and you can workaround it by flagging. But if you are talking about Spiritway as a whole team build, there is always a MM with minions to help tank for your casters. Also in the case of pugs, there is usually a tank in the team and Spiritway works best with a melee physical attacker character.
